Reminding myself, that sometimes giving what the fans wants means giving them filler and filler isn’t always a bad thing, if it provides insight to characters that say you’ll never see again or won’t see for a very long time like Sasuke Uchiha in Naruto, you have to watch the episode, where he is stuck in the barrel, before you can get to Naruto: Shippuden. Not all filler is the writers cashing in, say ‘Tree of Might’ doesn’t really have anything to do with Dragon Ball, but it was something to watch while the distributors where rehashing out their deal with American TV, back in the 90ties when FUNimation, Pioneer, and Geneon were fighting over who had the rights and no new DBZ episodes were released in the US. So, I had to watch ‘Tree of Might’ like a hundred times, because it was the only thing they could agree on giving the US audiences. So, even though I have a love/hate relationship with filler, I learned to give it its due.
Thinking the more religious people try to make God larger than life, the more they look condescending in the eyes of those, who aren’t listening, in the first place…
